DIDAM, The Netherlands (November 30th, 2012) – MPS today announced a successful month of October for its manufacturing facility with more than 13 presses built simultaneously. With all production bays in use, the company was running on full production capacity to meet scheduled delivery commitments.
Following Labelexpo Americas, MPS experienced an increase in production demand. The majority of built presses were equipped with 8 to 10 colour stations, with an impressive 12-colour EF flexo latest generation press in the mix. Most of the EC and EF converting and UV flexo presses have been shipped or are scheduled to depart shortly to customers in numerous continents including East and West Europe, Latin and North America, Africa, and Australia.
“I am very pleased with the increased order activity and performance of our entire team to help meet our deliverables, marking a successful ending to 2012 for MPS,” commented MPS Director Eric Hoendervangers. “It kept us busy as a bee can be” he added, referring with a smile to the metaphor bee MPS uses in its motto “Productivity is our proof”.
MPS builds printing and converting machines for the self-adhesive and packaging printing market. MPS is responsible for a large number of revolutionary innovations like Crisp.Dot Flexo printing, Quick Change Die, automatic plate mounting and Automated Process Control (APC), including Job Memory.
